Budgeting suppose introduction of the financial management system at the enterprise.

The aim of the service is an effective system of financial planning, encompassing all divisions of the enterprise through a system of interrelated operational and financial budgets.

The structure of the service allows both complex and selective implementation of certain phases of the services described below.

1. Cost analysis of business and methods of costs formation 

Aims to identify the current cost structure of the enterprise and the methods used for cost inclusion. Optimizes the order of formation of the product cost.

2. Determining of the budget optimal structure and personnel training
