Introduction of the financial activity automated control system at the
enterprise
The purpose of service is the creation of an effective system for financial
planning. This system covers all divisions of the enterprise by developing
of the interconnected production and financial budgets system.
The demonstrativeness of the existing demand and possibility to model
the prospective demand in financial and material resources is provided.
The structure of service allows to carry out both complex and selective
realization of separate stages of service, which is described bel
ow.
1. Analysis of costs of the enterprise and methods of formation of the
cost price.
Is directed on revealing of the usual structure of the costs of the enterprise
and used methods of referring them to the unit production cost price.
Optimizes the formation of the product cost.
2. Determination of budget optimal structure and personnel training
Training of staff on the philosophy of budgeting and financial management
is provided at the first stage. The existing and prospective need of the
managers and some divisions in the financial and economic information
