Simferopol Consulting Center was created by International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 1999. International Finance Corporation is the member of the World Bank Group and renders assistance to Ukraine since 1992. Simferopol Consulting Center is a private firm and renders assistance to Crimean enterprises for already more than 5 years to solve their management tasks. Our specialists are working in the field of investment projecting more of 10 years and tens large investment projects were developed since 1992. We are using an own software to develop the investment projects. This software was created by International Finance Corporation specialists and was adopted to Ukrainian Law and Tax conditions. The accounts accuracy is so high that the plan vary of fact at 5 – 10%. The project optimization assists to develop the optimal investment scheme and financial model of the projected business. During its activity the SCC experts have realized several dozens of consulting projects, for example: Development of the business plan for Crimean free economic zones and bank financing; Introduction of the budgeting and the financial planning systems; Realization of marketing researches; National standards of accounting introduction; Short and medium term training of the enterprise personnel.
